Ross Webster founded Board Equity in 2012 following 4 1/2 years at Wickland Westcott where he established their Private Equity Practice. With over 20 years of search experience coupled with 5 years working in the fields of sports player management, sponsorship and PR, Ross brings a creative mix of experience to a fast moving and dynamic market.
